Dear Mr. Yates,

I wanted to take a moment to express our satisfaction with our car buying experience.

First, back in August we came in unannounced when you were quite busy yet managed to balance your staff between all the customers.

Second, Pattie O’Neal answered all of our questions and responded so fast that we were able to purchase our dream car within a day or two.

Third, I never expected your receptionist to watch over and entertain my daughter with origami so we could focus on the paperwork. I’d classify this level of customer service as un-imaginable today. Oh and those Girl Scout cookies were also well received.

Fourth, I’ve been in for routine service and observed your service staff smiling while talking on the phone to other customers. They obviously know that a smile can make a difference over the phone as well as in person.

Overall I just wanted to provide some very positive feedback about your staff.
